We are writing to introduce ourselves as your new Captain and Lady Captain for the coming year, by the way Ali is the one with glasses!

Our first major golfing event of the year is the Founders' Cup and Captains' Drive-In on Saturday 10th April. Other key dates for the year can be found on the reverse of this letter.
We would like to take this opportunity to advertise our Captains' Day and Barn Dance on Saturday 19th June, which we want to make a celebratory afternoon and evening. We propose to tee off at 12.30, have a Hog Roast meal at about 6.00 and then spend the evening with a Barn Dance So put the date in your diary and bring the family along in the evening for an enjoyable time.
Our chosen Charity this year is The Oxford Centre for Enablement (OCE), which provides specialist rehabilitation services for patients with long-term neuromuscular or musculoskeletal conditions, or loss of one or more limbs. Their aim is to enable people with disability to lead active and comfortable lives, as well as raising the profile of rehabilitation through research and education. In order to achieve those aims we hope to be interactive with the Charity and include some of their clients in our golfing activities.
