The Lakeside Restaurant has an intimate atmosphere inspired by its gentle décor and the lovely view of the lake.
 

     The menu takes advantage of fresh, local produce to offer dishes such as ballontine of foie gras and confit of duck, toasted broche and fig jam, and Wye Valley goat's cheese ravioli, followed by fillet of sea bass, saffron fondant potato, salmon boudin and chervil velouté or a whole roasted woodcock.

     A traditional sticky toffee pudding with homemade treacle toffee ice cream signals the end of a satisfying meal. There are wines from around the world to accompany your food. Our well stocked cellar of international wines provides the perfect accompaniment to a splendid meal.
